Yes, we deliver to most regions across Lebanon. Delivery may not be available to certain high-risk areas in the far south due to safety concerns.

Orders with available stock are usually delivered within 1–2 business days inside Beirut and 3–4 business days outside Beirut. If an item is temporarily out of stock, delivery may take 5–7 business days.

Delivery is free for orders above $30. Orders below $30 are subject to a $3 delivery fee.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product arrived damaged or if the wrong item was received. Customers must contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless the issue was caused from our side.
