Shipping policy

At NOVEX, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible across Lebanon.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most regions across Lebanon. However, delivery may not be available to certain high-risk areas in the far south of Lebanon due to safety concerns and delivery limitations.

Delivery Time
• Orders with available stock are typically delivered within:

• 1–2 business days inside Beirut

• 3–4 business days outside Beirut

• If a product is temporarily out of stock in the warehouse, delivery may take approximately 5–7 business days.

Delivery Fees
• Free delivery is available for orders above $30.
• Orders below $30 are subject to a $3 delivery fee.

Payment Method
Currently, we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unexpected logistical delays.
