Refund policy
At NOVEX, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty and self-care products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
• The product arrived damaged
• The wrong item was received
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products unless the issue was caused from our side (damaged or incorrect item received).
Refunds & Replacements
If the issue is confirmed to be from our side, customers may choose between:
• A replacement product
• A refund
Return Shipping
If the issue was caused from our side, the return or replacement shipping costs will be covered by NOVEX.
